Cass County, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) – A Moorhead man has now pleaded guilty in connection with two separate violent assaults that occurred in downtown Fargo over the past year.

Esiquio Hernandez entered the plea on Monday, July 7, in Cass County Court.

  1. The first incident happened in April 2024. Hernandez and several others allegedly beat a victim on the sidewalk just east of the Sports Bar in Fargo.

  2. The second case, more recent, occurred in June 2025, where Hernandez is accused of stabbing a man in the neck at the Old Broadway, another downtown Fargo bar.

At this time, no sentencing date has been scheduled.
