📍 Location: 222 Broadway North, Fargo
Officers responded to a disturbance at the location, where Bluecoat became combative. During the encounter, he kicked an officer in the face, prompting officers to place him in leg restraints before securing him inside a squad car.
Once inside, Bluecoat allegedly damaged the squad car, leading to additional charges.
