Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Derrick J. Lambert of Fargo is facing multiple charges, including robbery, theft of property, and simple assault, after a July 11th incident at a Fargo Target store.
According to court documents, Lambert engaged in a struggle with loss prevention officers when he attempted to leave the store with stolen items. During the altercation, Lambert reportedly tried to run over the employees with a cart while armed with a pair of scissors.
Both employees sustained minor injuries in the struggle, including cuts on one employee’s finger and neck. Lambert has now been charged with robbery, theft of property, and simple assault.
