According to court documents, he allegedly committed sexual acts with his female roommate’s juvenile daughter in Cass County, North Dakota. When confronted by the victim’s mother over the phone about the incident, Khamphoumy reportedly responded, “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry.” Each of these charges carries a maximum sentence of life in prison.
