According to court documents, on June 27th, Jones entered a building in Fargo and robbed the two victims, taking $3,000 from the woman and $300 from the man. Security footage captured the incident, showing Jones leaving the building with an object concealed under his shirt. Jones claimed he had purchased marijuana from one of the victims but denied using or possessing a firearm during the robbery. The robbery charge against him includes allegations of either possessing or pretending to possess a firearm.
