According to court documents, a security officer reported that while an ER nurse was checking the vitals of Steven Tyrone Miller, Miller allegedly punched the nurse in the face. Miller stated to police that he struck the nurse because he believed the thermometer was placed in his mouth too forcefully. He is now facing a felony charge of simple assault on an emergency worker.
