FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man is facing a felony charge after allegedly smashing an ATM screen at a local bank and providing a bizarre response to police officers. Jose Rodriguez of Fargo has been charged with felony criminal mischief for reportedly throwing a rock at the Gate City Bank ATM on 13th Avenue South, causing $5,000 in damages. The incident was captured on surveillance video.
When questioned by police, Rodriguez gave an unusual answer, stating, “I don’t know, ask Trump.” He has since been arrested and charged.
