FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – Perry Heinonen III, a Fargo resident, has pleaded not guilty to charges related to child pornography. He faces three counts of promoting a sexual performance by a minor and five counts of possession of certain materials prohibited.
According to court documents, authorities reviewed a tip from Snapchat on July 8, 2024, which was reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on May 15, 2024. The investigation led to a search warrant executed at Heinonen’s home on September 23, 2024, revealing eight prohibited files on his phone involving children aged 6-13 performing sexual acts.
Additionally, messages were found suggesting Heinonen had a sexual attraction to young female children and contained multiple images of them.
Perry Heinonen III is scheduled for another court appearance on March 5.
