Anthony Lee Rodriguez, 30, faces several felony charges.
The charges include theft of a firearm and illegal gun possession by a convicted felon.
He is also charged with terrorizing and felonious restraint.
A misdemeanor domestic violence charge is also listed.
Police: Call Came From Woman
Officers responded to the 100 block of 14th Street South just before 9 p.m. on Dec. 21.
Police say a woman reported a domestic incident involving her boyfriend.
She told investigators he had pointed a loaded gun at her head.
She also reported that he threatened to kill her.
Police noted visible blood on her hoodie and face, according to the report.

Claim: Gun Taken Days Earlier
The woman told police the dispute began two days earlier.
She said Rodriguez took her handgun from her apartment.
She said he admitted it in text messages but refused to return it.
She also reported threats sent by message during the weekend.
Police say she reported receiving a video tied to the gun and ammunition.
She said he later agreed to return the gun that afternoon.
She told police he arrived intoxicated and began assaulting her.
She told police he pulled her by the hair during the assault.
She reported the gun threat happened after that assault.
Police say she fled the home and ran to Tailgators bar for help.
Prior Conviction Mentioned In Records
Court records also reference a past Minnesota conviction involving Rodriguez.
Records describe a manslaughter case from 2015 in Moorhead.
Rodriguez later pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter, records say.
He was sentenced in 2016, according to court documents.
Records also reflect a felony drug conviction in 2023 in Cass County.
Bond Set, Next Court Date Listed
Rodriguez was arrested on Dec. 21, according to the report.
During a Dec. 22 arraignment, bond was set at $300,000, records say.
Release terms required 10% payment, or $30,000, records show.
He remains in the Cass County Jail, according to the update provided.
The next hearing is scheduled for Jan. 23.
