FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Kenneth Alva Smith of Fargo is facing two felony counts of terrorizing following a series of alarming threats made on August 19th. According to court documents, police were dispatched to a Fargo residence after receiving reports of a disturbance.
Neighbors reported that Smith was walking around the neighborhood carrying a can of gasoline and making threats. One witness stated that Smith was making slashing motions across his throat, while another said they were too frightened to leave their home. In a shocking turn, Smith himself called 911, declaring his intention to murder his “nosy ass Christian neighbors.” During his arrest, Smith warned officers that they should be “effing very afraid.”
