FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man is facing a felony charge of Theft of Property after authorities allegedly found him in possession of stolen credit and debit cards during a traffic stop. James Joseph Caswell has been formally charged, according to court documents, following the incident on August 17th.
Caswell was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over by police. During the stop, officers discovered that Caswell was allegedly in possession of multiple stolen credit and debit cards. The discovery led to his immediate arrest and subsequent felony charges.
