Cass County, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — On May 21, 2025, at approximately 2:53 a.m., Fargo Police were flagged down at a gas station by a woman who reported that 34-year-old Joshua Norman Everson had pointed a rifle at her during an argument. The woman stated that Everson has mental health issues and that she fled the scene in a vehicle.
Shortly after, Everson arrived at the gas station. Officers observed a rifle in his vehicle, which was later identified as a pellet gun.
Everson was arrested and charged with terrorizing, a Class C felony. He was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident.
