FARGO (trfnews.i234.me) – A 24-year-old Fargo man, Tyreik Taylor-Roberts, has been charged with murder following the shooting death of 25-year-old Jalab Moses outside an apartment building early Saturday morning. According to police reports, the two men got into a heated argument before Moses allegedly attempted to grab Taylor-Roberts’ gun. In response, Taylor-Roberts shot Moses twice in the chest, resulting in his death.
Taylor-Roberts claims that the shooting was in self-defense, but he now faces both murder and drug charges. During a search of his apartment, police discovered suspected fentanyl pills and a smoking device, adding further complications to the case.
