Grand Forks County, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — David Scott Holm, a resident of Fargo, has been charged in Grand Forks with felony possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities allege that Holm was found in possession of 3.3 grams of fentanyl, along with a scale, drug paraphernalia, and $1,180 in cash. These items are commonly associated with drug distribution activities.

The charges against Holm underscore the ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat the distribution of fentanyl, a potent synthetic opioid linked to numerous overdose deaths nationwide. If convicted, Holm faces significant legal penalties under North Dakota law.
