Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) – Milton James Johnson of Fargo is now facing a felony robbery charge after an incident that unfolded in the early morning hours of June 13th. According to court documents, a homeless man was sleeping on a bench on the north side of the library around 12:25 a.m. when he was suddenly punched in the face and robbed of his boots.
Surveillance video from the area was reviewed by police and led them to identify Johnson as the suspect in the assault and theft. Johnson has since been formally charged with felony robbery.
