Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man is facing a felony charge tied to alleged online contact with a minor.
Chase Alan Dubord, of Fargo, has been charged with felony luring minors by computers or other electronic means, according to court documents.
What Court Records Allege
Court records say the alleged contact happened in June 2025. The case involved messages sent through Snapchat, according to the documents.
Investigators say Dubord allegedly asked a 14-year-old girl to send pictures of herself. The court filing describes a specific conversation that was reviewed during the investigation.
What Dubord Told Investigators
According to the documents, Dubord admitted he took part in the texting conversation. He also told police he did not remember what he meant by some messages.
The court records did not list any details about the girl’s identity. TRF News is not naming the juvenile.
