FARGO MAN CHARGED WITH FELONY AGGRAVATED ASSAULT IN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — A disturbing case of domestic violence has led to felony aggravated assault charges against Evan McMillan of Fargo.

According to court documents, police responded to a Fargo residence on March 7th after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. The female victim told officers that McMillan had previously given her black eyes, and during this latest argument, he allegedly choked her multiple times.

In a terrifying turn of events, the victim tried to defend herself with a knife, but ended up with a cut thumb in the struggle. A child present during the altercation also told police that McMillan had his hands on the woman’s neck.

Despite these statements, McMillan denied any physical altercation between him and the victim.

McMillan is now officially charged with:

  • Felony aggravated assault – domestic violence

Authorities are continuing their investigation. Further court proceedings are pending.
