Fargo Man Charged with Burglary After Terrifying Break-In at West Fargo Apartment

West Fargo, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) — Steven James Nevala, of Fargo, is now facing a burglary charge following a frightening encounter with a woman inside her West Fargo apartment.

According to court documents, on March 14th, police were dispatched to a burglary in progress. The criminal complaint details that a very scared woman called for help after discovering Nevala inside her locked apartment.

Before leaving, Nevala had reportedly helped himself to food from the refrigerator and poured a glass of whiskey. Officers soon located and arrested Nevala nearby, and he has since been charged with burglary in connection to the incident.

The case is now pending in Cass County Court, with further legal proceedings expected.
