FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Daniel E. Meissner of Fargo has been charged with felony burglary. According to court documents, on June 24th, officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, they found a garage door slightly open and heard rustling inside. Officers drew their weapons, and Meissner emerged with his hands up, complying with their orders. He was arrested at the scene and is now facing burglary charges.
