FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Jerimiah E. Shand of Fargo is facing a felony charge of aggravated assault, along with misdemeanors for criminal trespass and simple assault. According to court records, the incident occurred on June 11th at 4:36 p.m. on the 2600 block of A Street North in Fargo. The victim reported that Shand approached him and began arguing over money he had already been paid. The altercation escalated when Shand allegedly picked up a brick and struck the victim in the side of the head. Shand was arrested nearby shortly after the incident and is now facing multiple charges.
