Fargo Man Charged in Stolen Car, Drug Case – Cass County
FARGO (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man faces multiple felony charges after officers found him inside a running vehicle that was reported stolen, according to newly filed court documents.
Authorities identified the suspect as Aaron Michael Herman, of Fargo. On October 29, officers located a running vehicle in a parking lot. The vehicle had been reported stolen out of West Fargo. Herman was found inside, investigators said.
During the investigation, officers also found suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The vehicle was recovered at the scene.
Prosecutors have charged Herman with three felonies: theft of property, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Additional court dates were not immediately listed in the complaint reviewed for this report.
No injuries were reported. Officials did not release further details about how the vehicle was located or the exact parking lot location. The case remains active.
