According to court documents, officers responded to the Roberts Common Ramp at 10:42 a.m. on September 2 after receiving a report of suspected drug activity.
Officers located Jeffrey D. Vaughn in a stairwell at the parking ramp. Vaughn initially denied the report but later agreed to open a case he was carrying. Inside, police reported finding methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and about $350 in cash.
Vaughn has now been charged with two felony counts: possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, subsequent offense. The cash and drug-related items were seized as evidence.
This case adds to a growing list of meth-related arrests in the Fargo and Cass County area, where local authorities continue to battle drug trafficking and distribution. Officials have not yet released further details on upcoming court proceedings.
