Moorhead (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo man is facing multiple charges in Moorhead after a police chase involving a stolen vehicle on August 11.
The Pursuit
According to court records, Fargo police began pursuing a stolen box truck driven by David J. Jacobsen. The chase crossed into Moorhead, where officers ended the pursuit because of heavy traffic.
Arrest Made
Later that day, officers located the truck near a Moorhead apartment building. Jacobsen was arrested without further incident.
Charges Filed
Jacobsen now faces two felony charges in Clay County:

Fleeing in a motor vehicle

Receiving stolen property
He is also charged with misdemeanor fleeing on foot after attempting to escape officers following the pursuit.
