Cass County, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man is facing felony criminal trespass charges following a disturbing incident on July 19th, when he allegedly entered a residence during a DoorDash delivery.
According to court documents, the victim had just received a food order and had left the front door unlocked. That’s when Winston Henderson allegedly entered the home and remained there while the victim contacted 911.
Henderson was subsequently arrested, taken to a hospital for a mental health evaluation, and then transported to jail.
The case is under further legal review, and additional details may be released as proceedings continue.
