Fargo, Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo man is in custody after an alleged assault.
What happened
Court documents say police went to a south Fargo apartment at about 4:35 a.m. Friday.
The victim called 911 and reported a violation of a no-contact order.
She said a man was chasing her.
Police found her upset and crying, according to records.
She said she was assaulted and had trouble breathing.
She showed officers a phone video from the scene.
The video is about 38 seconds long, court documents say.
The victim said Anthony Ramirez Linn struck her several times inside an apartment.
She said he grabbed her when she tried to leave.
She said he pulled her back inside while she was on the 911 call.
Police reported redness and injuries on her face and neck.
They located Linn nearby and detained him within minutes, records say.

Charges
Linn was arrested on Friday, Jan. 30.
He is charged with felony domestic violence, causing serious bodily injury.
He is also charged with violating an order that barred contact.
That second charge is a Class A misdemeanor.
Court update
Linn appeared in the Cass County court on Friday afternoon.
He appeared before Judge Reid Brady, according to court records.
He entered a not guilty plea to the misdemeanor count.
He did not enter a plea on the felony count, records say.
A preliminary hearing is set for March 20 at 1:30 p.m.
The felony charge is listed as a Class C felony.
The misdemeanor count is listed as a Class A misdemeanor.
