Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — In the early hours of May 13, 2025, Fargo police responded to a burglary in progress on the city’s south side. Officers arrived at the scene to find Maurice Gordon, 42, attempting to pry open the window of a female victim’s apartment.

Gordon fled the scene on a bicycle but was apprehended shortly thereafter. Upon his arrest, officers discovered he was in possession of methamphetamine.

Gordon has been charged with attempted criminal trespass, possession of methamphetamine, criminal mischief, and refusal to halt. He is currently being held at the Cass County Jail pending further legal proceedings.
