Travis James Fetzer, age 38, is facing five felony counts related to the distribution and possession of child pornography. According to court documents, Fetzer engaged in numerous conversations on the internet with both children and adults, during which he sent and received dozens of photos and videos depicting nude or sexually explicit conduct involving minors.
