Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — Artez Michael Walker, of Fargo, is now facing a felony theft charge following a March 20th incident at the 13th Avenue South Walmart.
According to court documents, Walker was allegedly attempting to buy $100 gift cards using stolen credit cards. A Fargo police officer responded to the scene, approached Walker, and confronted him directly.
When asked whether he was using stolen credit cards, Walker reportedly replied affirmatively, admitting to the crime on the spot.
Walker was then taken into custody and formally charged with felony theft of property, a charge that could carry up to 5 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine under North Dakota law.
