Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) — A routine encounter turned wild in Fargo on March 11th when Hadzim Dzaferi, a man with a lengthy criminal past, was spotted riding his bicycle on the sidewalk in the 1800 block of Second Avenue South. An officer who recognized Dzaferi from outstanding warrants stopped him, only to witness two meth pipes fall from his pocket mid-conversation.

Upon further search, officers discovered 2.86 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, and a stolen debit card in Dzaferi’s possession. He is now facing three felony charges: theft of property, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dzaferi’s criminal record continues to grow, with this incident adding to his troubled history in the Fargo area.
