Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) On Monday, March 17, 2025, at approximately 1:47 a.m., Fargo Police responded to a disturbance involving a firearm in the 3300 block of 13th Avenue South. Two juvenile females reported that after briefly leaving a residence they were visiting, they were denied re-entry by 20-year-old Reece Harold, who allegedly displayed a firearm and made threatening comments towards them. The juveniles also indicated that Harold had previously mentioned the firearm was stolen.

Upon arrival, officers identified Harold, who had an active warrant for failure to pay a fine in Cass County. Harold denied possessing a firearm or making threats. However, a search of the residence revealed a handgun inside an open bag, which Harold admitted belonged to him. The firearm was confirmed to have been reported stolen in a separate Fargo case. Further investigation uncovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Harold later confessed to acquiring the firearm in exchange for marijuana with the intent to resell it.

Harold was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. He faces charges of terrorizing with a deadly weapon—child victim, possession of a stolen firearm, and an outstanding warrant.
