FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – In Fargo, North Dakota, an incident involving reports of gunshots led to the arrest of Kadar Pearson. Early on a Wednesday morning, authorities were called to the 2200 block of 6th Avenue South following reports of shots fired. Although Pearson is not charged with the shooting itself, his arrest later that day was for a different but serious offense.

At approximately 2:04 p.m., while patrolling the area, officers noticed Pearson, who was wearing a black face mask. When approached, he attempted to flee on foot and discarded a handgun during the chase. Pearson was subsequently arrested and charged with felony possession of a firearm. This charge is particularly severe given his criminal background, which includes felony convictions for dealing fentanyl, theft of firearm ammunition, felony escape from a correctional training program, and misdemeanor evasion.

Currently, there is no direct evidence linking Pearson to the gunfire, but he faces significant legal consequences for his possession of a firearm given his criminal history. The investigation is ongoing, and updates will follow as more information becomes available.
