FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – In a disturbing incident, Brody Jerome Gray of Fargo is facing serious legal consequences after being charged with felony aggravated assault and domestic violence. The charges stem from an alleged attack on a woman at a Fargo residence just after midnight on August 24th.
According to court documents, police were dispatched to the scene following a domestic disturbance report. A juvenile witness recounted hearing a heated argument between Gray and the female victim before witnessing Gray drag the woman down the stairs while forcibly covering her mouth. The victim, visibly shaken, later told police that she feared for her life and struggled to breathe during the assault.
Gray now faces significant legal challenges as the case moves forward.
