FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Joshua D. Marsaa of Fargo has been charged with felony theft of property after a stolen pickup from the Grand Forks area was recovered in Fargo. On June 19th, around 10:18 p.m., a Fargo officer detected the stolen pickup with a trailer using a license plate reader. The officer initiated a traffic stop, and Joshua D. Marsaa was apprehended at gunpoint. The pickup had been reported stolen from Grand Forks, leading to Marsaa’s arrest and subsequent charge.
