Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man, 28-year-old Austin Gonzalez, was arrested for felony aggravated assault following an altercation at the Bison Inn on Christmas Eve. The incident occurred just before 10:00 p.m. on University Drive South.

According to Fargo police, the confrontation began as a verbal argument between Gonzalez and another man. However, the situation escalated when Gonzalez physically assaulted the victim, who lost consciousness during the altercation. Despite the victim being unable to defend himself, Gonzalez continued the assault.
Police Response
Officers responded to the scene, and Gonzalez was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. The victim was immediately taken to a local medical facility for treatment.
