Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo man is facing felony charges after a reported domestic violence incident.
Joseph Pierpoint Perry, of Fargo, is charged with felony domestic violence and felony terrorizing. The charges are based on allegations in court documents.
What the police say happened
According to the documents, officers were sent to an “assault in progress” call. The call came in on December 14 at about 6:58 p.m.

Police reported they heard a woman crying for help. Officers then entered the location.
Inside, Perry was allegedly choking the woman. Police also reported Perry said he was going to kill her.
Perry was arrested at the scene, according to the documents.
Charges filed in court
Prosecutors filed two felony counts. The counts listed are domestic violence and terrorizing.
As with any criminal case, the charges are allegations. Perry is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
