Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) — Jordan Elija Cooper of Fargo is facing several criminal charges.
According to court documents, officers were called to a Fargo apartment on Jan. 31 after a reported disturbance.

Records say the homeowner told police that Cooper is homeless. The homeowner also said Cooper had been kicked out earlier.
Court documents allege Cooper later returned to the apartment. They say he kicked in the door and damaged it.
Documents say Cooper then entered the apartment. They also describe a scuffle with the homeowner.
Charges filed
Cooper is now charged with felony criminal trespass. He also faces misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and simple assault.
Charges are accusations. A defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
