FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Fargo man is facing criminal charges, following an apparent road rage incident in that town.
a Fargo man Andy Modesto Hernandez is facing a long list of criminal charges in connection to an apparent Road raage shooting incident according to court documents on December 29th at 7:20 p.m. Fargo officers were dispatched to 7th Street and 1st Avenue South for a report of shots fired the female victim was uh interviewed by police at a different location she summarized that a few blocks from this location she had to swerve around a vehicle that had run a stop sign then just before getting here the female victim who uh sibling was also in the vehicle says the suspect now identified as Hernandez pulled up beside her yelling something out the window and passed her he allegedly stopped at this intersection walked to his trunk and pulled out a rifle the victim reported hearing one shot and saw a muszle flash the shot did not hit her vehicle a review of downtown surveillance cameras led to Hernandez who’s now been charged with two counts of terrorizing reckless endangerment and discharge of firearm of within City I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
