Fargo ( trfnews.i234.me ) – Authorities say a man from Argusville is facing a felony charge after an alleged gun threat at Sanford Hospital in Fargo. According to court records, the incident happened on September 14th when officers were dispatched to the hospital’s emergency room lobby.

Hospital security reported that Jeremy Michael Johnson was being disruptive. When security personnel confronted him, Johnson decided to leave the building. However, witnesses told police that as he left, he threatened to return the following day with a gun.

Officers quickly located and arrested Johnson following the report. He now faces a felony terrorizing charge in connection with the alleged threat. No firearm was displayed during the incident, and no injuries were reported at the hospital.

Sanford officials confirmed security measures were in place throughout the incident to protect patients and staff. The case highlights ongoing concerns about threats in healthcare settings, which have become increasingly common nationwide. The case is under review, and prosecutors will move forward with formal proceedings in Cass County District Court.
