FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – Travice LeDoux has taken a plea deal in connection to a brutal beating that occurred on April 6, 2024, in downtown Fargo. He was charged with felony aggravated assault and being an accomplice to aggravated assault.
The first charge of felony aggravated assault was dismissed, and the second charge was reduced to a misdemeanor. LeDoux received credit for time already served in jail since his arrest in April and was sentenced to two years of supervised probation.
According to court records, multiple individuals were involved in the fight that resulted in severe injuries to several people. One victim suffered a broken nose, multiple broken bones, required surgery with a titanium plate inserted into their forehead, and also experienced slurred speech requiring speech therapy. Another individual was knocked unconscious, had a broken tooth, and sustained bruising and pain throughout their body.
LeDoux was arrested on April 21 as police continued to investigate the incident. Five additional individuals were eventually charged in connection with the beating: Angelica Hernandez, Sergio Ganados, Terrell Smith, Esiquio Hernandez, and John Hernandez.
Angelica Hernandez pleaded guilty to being an accomplice to aggravated assault, which was downgraded from a felony to a misdemeanor charge. She is currently serving two years of supervised probation.
Esiquio Hernandez faces charges of robbery, aggravated assault, and accomplice to aggravated assault. He has entered a not-guilty plea and is scheduled for another court appearance in December.
John Hernandez and Terrell Smith are each charged with aggravated assault and being an accomplice to the same charge. Hernandez’s next court date is set for December, while Smith will appear before the court in spring 2025.
