Fargo (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man is facing disturbing felony charges after investigators say they uncovered hundreds of files involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and bestiality on his electronic devices.
According to Cass County court records, Dennis Olsen was charged with possession of certain materials prohibited following an investigation launched in April 2025. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) reported that Google had flagged three files containing child pornography in an account linked to Olsen.
A special agent reviewed the files on May 7, 2025, and confirmed 30 illegal files depicting sexual acts with children, including victims as young as 3–6 months old. Some files also involved bestiality.
On May 19, officials conducted a traffic stop on Olsen, detained him, and later executed a search warrant at his residence. They seized his phone and other electronic devices.
The forensic search revealed:
-
465 total files of CSAM
-
Videos of Olsen allegedly performing sex acts with a dog, including one where he was wearing a military uniform
-
Voyeuristic recordings of women exercising in public and attempts to film through a keyhole
-
A video of Olsen masturbating in uniform at what appeared to be his workplace
A summons was filed against Olsen on August 15, and he is scheduled for arraignment on September 4.
The investigation is ongoing.
