Fargo Educator Accused of Sexual Assault of Boy

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Fargo teacher is charged with sexually assaulting a boy.
a Fargo teacher who was working as a trainer uh this summer during at the Fargo South High School has been charged with felony sexual assault 36 year old Levi Warren Tandy of Fargo uh here’s what happened according to the incident in the criminal complaint a juvenile boy said he had ridden his bike to school because his hip was hurting and he went to the training room Tandy checked his hip the boy said when he was checking of his hip he kind of had him bent over and he could feel tandy’s penis rubbing on him the boy also captured a video from his phone the video was of the boy sitting on one of the training tables in the training room the curtain was pulled for privacy uh someone of you to say they could see Tandy at the foot of the table and heard him say take your shirt off the phone is put down and the boy is seen taking his shirt off after he takes his shirt off the person looking at the video says they can see Tandy lean forward and put his mouth on the boy’s right nipple and sucks it for a couple of seconds the boy was then asked by the investigator if there had ever been any discussion between him and Tandy of a sexual nature the boy replied no when asked if he had ever communicated via any social media with Tandy the boy said no when asked how he felt while it was happening the boy said he was terrified but didn’t know what to do I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
