Fargo County (trfnews.i234.me) — We have an urgent update on the developing story out of Fargo, North Dakota this Monday evening.
Authorities have confirmed that a body was discovered along Interstate 29, specifically in the 3400 block of 64th Avenue South. According to Captain Bill Alfeld of the Fargo Police Department, officers are currently on the scene conducting an active investigation into what’s being labeled an unattended death.
At this time, police say there is no reason to believe there is any threat to the public. No details have yet been released regarding the identity of the deceased, cause of death, or whether foul play is suspected.
Law enforcement has assured the public that additional information will be shared as it becomes available.
