FARGO, CASS COUNTY (trfnews.i234.me) – A disturbing case has resurfaced as a high-risk sex offender, Damion Winter Orton, is now officially registered and residing at 123 15th St N, Fargo, ND, in Cass County.
According to North Dakota state records, Orton was convicted in 2014 of Sexual Imposition after he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old runaway girl who was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Despite her refusal, Orton pinned her down, kissed her, and proceeded to have intercourse with the minor.
At the time of the crime, Orton was 19 years old. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, but all except 11 months were suspended, followed by 5 years of supervised probation. He is now under lifetime registration as a high-risk offender.
Orton is described as 5’9″, 155 lbs, with brown eyes, light skin, and multiple tattoos, including a grenade heart and a marijuana leaf. His profile remains active on the North Dakota Sex Offender Registry.
