FARGO, CASS COUNTY (trfnews.i234.me) – A 6’3”, 350-pound man has been registered as a sex offender and is now incarcerated following his conviction for indecent exposure in Fargo, North Dakota.
Austen Nichols Ernst, born in 1997, was found guilty of violating ND statute 12.1-20-12.1 after exposing himself in public. The incident led to a conviction on July 6, 2020, in Cass County District Court. He was sentenced to 360 days in custody, with the first 90 days to be served, plus 2 years of supervised probation and 1 day credit.
Ernst, who has a blue-eyed, blonde or strawberry-haired appearance, is also identified by a spade tattoo on his right hand. His official residence prior to incarceration was listed as 450 34th St S, Fargo, ND 58103, in Cass County.
Despite his current low risk classification, his registration remains active and will expire in 2035.
