FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Christopher C. Cannata of Fargo is facing felony burglary charges after being caught inside a woman’s apartment complex garage. According to court documents, on August 10th, the female victim discovered Cannata and an unidentified male inside her garage. The woman noticed that a floor jack and flashlight were missing but was unsure how the men gained access.
As she confronted the suspects, another male arrived and asked if she wanted the intruders to leave. After she confirmed, the man began hitting the suspects with an unknown object, forcing them to flee. Cannata was later arrested and charged with felony burglary.
