a Fargo bouncer is facing criminal charges after allegedly knocking out a customer and kicking him in the head according to court documents on Monday at 12 18 a.m officers responded to the Empire Bar on North Broadway in Fargo for a disturbance the victim had texted 9-1-1 stated he needed help officers found him and found he had an injury to the left side of his face in the back of his head the victim stated the Empire’s staff had assaulted him Empire security guard asarion ASA Davis told police he saw the victim fall over a fence and hit his head on the sidewalk Assa said he didn’t call police because it wasn’t his problem police reviewed surveillance footage and saw ASA punch the victim on the left side of his face knocking him unconscious then kicking the victim in the face before walking into the barn the victim remained unconscious in front of the bar for approximately five minutes ASA Davis has been charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor false information to law enforcement I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
