MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Carl L. Hayes Jr. of Moorhead, Minnesota, has been charged with felony false imprisonment (intentional restraint) and misdemeanor domestic assault. According to court documents, on July 4th, Moorhead police were dispatched to a residence after a caller reported hearing yelling, screaming, crying, and sounds of someone being thrown around. The female victim told police that she had an argument with Hayes and became afraid when he would not let her leave. She locked herself in the bathroom, but Hayes punched a hole in the door to gain access, continued to restrain her, and held her down on a bed. The officer reported an injury to the victim’s face. Hayes was arrested and is now facing charges.
