EXCLUSIVE VIDEO, UPDATE: Sex Offender Jumps Into Red River At Fargo Saturday


FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We now have more details regarding a river rescue in Fargo-Moorhead on this Saturday afternoon. It was a convicted sex offender running from police.
This update now on a river rescue in Fargo Morehead. It was a sex offender. This in from Sergeant Chris Matson of Fargo Police 3:23 p.m. they responded to a report of a sex offender who was not in compliance with registration requirements. While near the second street North and 1st Avenue North in Fargo, the offender, Raybert Joseph Littlewin Jr. entered the Red River to avoid arrest. Using rescue boats, officers with the Fargo and Morehead police departments along with firefighters from Morehead and Fargo collaborated to apprehend Little Wind while he was in the river near the Fargo side. For safety reasons, he was taken off the river in Morehead near the Yum Center. Fargo Police Department arrested Little Wind, a 39-year-old Fargo resident for failure to register as a sex offender, preventing arrest, refusal to halt, and false information to law enforcement.
