They are doing the same thing in Minot ND at Eastridge Acres mobile home park. Harassing tenants with 3 day eviction notices and saying we haven’t paid months of rent. This is the ABSOLUTE worst company in the world. Every month tenants are getting letters hung on their doors saying they haven’t paid. Charging late fees when rent has been paid. These people are crooked.
3 day "Pay" or "Vacate" not 3 days to leave im going to assume, i live here in Port Orchard and we don't do things like that….
