ERHARD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On December 28, 2024, at approximately 3:40 a.m., Otter Tail County emergency services received a text message reporting that an individual, identified as Terry Dean Kadel from rural Erhard, Minnesota, was attempting to inflict harm and set a residence on fire. The complainant indicated a belief that Kadel was under the influence of methamphetamine and had exhibited increasingly erratic behavior in the preceding days, including setting random objects on the property ablaze.

Law Enforcement Response
